Balinese cuisine is the most complex cuisine with rice as the main dish and includes a variety of spices blended with vegetables and either fish or meat.

The Hawaiian culture is a rich and diverse culture that depicts the innate beauty of the land. The traditional dance, “Hula”, represents the Hawaii as a land of beauty, grace, and spirituality. Hawaiian cuisine incorporates five distinct styles of food. As such, a variety of cooking methods are used and the common flavours include pineapple and coconut.

Their cuisine consists of various course meals served in small portions of rich food and are paired with wine. The food is made with pride, exclusive ingredients and techniques by the chef. Japanese

The Japanese culture is an attractive culture that is rich and diverse. Their traditions are still practised by people living in the cities as well as countryside or outskirts of Japan. Mainly, their cuisine consists of boiled rice as the main dish served with simmered fish, meat or vegetables. Some others include rice cakes and rice porridge. With the four seasons, Japan is able to alter the menu for the various time periods. Often, the dishes include seaweed, mushrooms and fish.
